FIRST time here at Toca Madera and I was so impressed from start to finish!!!! Located right outside the Aria Hotel & Casino and The Crystal Shoppes. This Mexican fusion steakhouse is the place to stop at to try to some undeniable flavors from drinks, appetizers, and meals. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection with no complaints! The ambiance was classy but yet trendy made you feel you were not in Las Vegas but somewhere in a tropical setting which I totally loved! The service was great from our waitress who I can't remember her name but truly celebrated my godsister and I for our birthdays which made the night extra special! The food was absolutely delicious from Hamachi, Crispy Calamari, Branzino, and Mayan Prawns all packed with Mexican flavors that enhanced the meal to another level! Toca Madera was truly an incredible establishment where I see why so many Vegas locals and tourists absolutely love it -- so this is YOUR chance to try it out for yourself where you will leave with a smile on your face and full!

Had 8:15 pm reservations and the process for this restaurant is to check in, which they make you wait a bit before you're seated. We waited probably 20-30 min to be seated. The place is nicely dim and has good decor. Multiple rooms throughout, we got seated in one of the other smaller rooms it seems. They have music played pretty loud (house type music), so you have to speak up a bit to hear your party at the table. We were finally greeted by our server and started off with cocktails. This restaurant has a plethora of cocktails to choose from. We did the Mi Serrana, the East Los, Tranquilo, the watermelon margarita. All were good and nicely crafted. My favorite was the Tranquilo, which was very refreshing. For food, we started with the Tostaditas, which was a nice short rib stack on top of small tortilla chip. It had a pleasant taste. For our main entree we ordered the Enchiladas, the Noble burger and Truffle Mac and Cheese. All were good, nothing that blew us away. Overall it was nice to finally check this restaurant off the list however if you never make it to this restaurant, you truly aren't missing out on much. The best thing here was the drinks. The service could have been better. It took a while to be seated, it took a while to get our chips and salsa when seated, and took a while for our orders. Everything was just delayed during our visit. I'd give the service a 3/5, food a 4/5 and drinks 5/5.

Amazing atmosphere here! Hidden gem outside the doors of the Aria! Beautiful settings and vibe. The hospitality is amazing and goes above and beyond! The drinks kept flowing and nothing disappointed.. espresso martinis made specifically to order and 10/10 because they are made with Mr Black! IYKYK Hien and EJ are both excellent and very attentive! Their attention to detail and their recommendations of items on the menu paired nicely with everything we ordered! The food was also perfectly balanced and portioned for two people to share if you're ordering multiple things. The guacamole and the small bite tostaditas are perfect way to start the evening! The prime filet was cooked perfectly to order and deliciously seasoned and didn't disappoint. The scallops were cooked well and perfectly flaked and delicious! The truffle Mac and cheese is also a MUST!!! Say less ! The texture and creaminess of is its mouth watering and having you wanting more. The churros are perfectly soft and warm to dip! Don't skip out on this place whether it's just for brunch or a quick bite or dinner! The ambiance is beautiful and the atmosphere is welcoming and have you ready to party all night long! Definitely a go to place now every time I stop in Vegas (at least 3 times a year)

I have reservations on a Monday as that's the only day I'll be in town, will the fire dancer be there?

Can't help myself but to come back here when I'm in Vegas. Dinner and a show - both amazing. Had the Branzino and it was just melting in my mouth. My 2 friends both had steaks and they are still raving about them days later. Salsa and Guacamole are house made and again, amazing. Service was off the hook - proactive and never waited for anything. I think a one of the coolest restaurants in town and if you don't try them out at least once, you are dropping the ball.

Toca Madera, Knock on Wood? :p My hubby has been wanting to try this place after seeing different reels about it last year. We came roughly half a year ago and just returned again last weekend for brunch. It's a cool place and we will be back again! Ambiance: (5/5) it gives the Tulum vibe. It's upscale and casual at the same time. The front dining room has a bar in the middle and a DJ deck in the back. The back dining room can see the open kitchen which we enjoy. Service: (5/5) Tristan was our server for both visits. He is friendly and attentive. Our bus boy, didn't catch the name, was also very nice. The manager stoped by a few times too to check on us. Food: (4/5)We tried mostly brunch items but tried one dinner item so far. Everything is enjoyable. Ordered again: Calamari (5/5): it's very tasty with fried jalapeño and cilantro avocado dressing. Chicken and waffles (4/5): we liked the chicken last time but not the waffles. It was a bit soggy. Prawns (4/5): it's very tasty and fresh big prawns. However, $60 for 3 prawns is a little steep. Breakfast enchiladas (5/5): short rib was very flavorful. Skipped next time: French toast (3/5): it was too sweet and just not a fan of the texture. Patatas Bravas (3/5): not a real deal where it has the spicy sauce on top. Pretty much just the fried potatoes. However you can ask ketchup and truffle hot sauce and then mix together. Overall, we enjoy our dining experiences both times , and we will be visiting again.

Celebrated my birthday in Vegas & decided to try Toca! We enjoyed the raw oysters & I loved the truffle hamachi! Thanks to our server for recommending it. My boyfriend got the truffle "wagyu" burger, it didn't taste much different than a regular gourmet burger; not worth the near $50 price point. Ended our dinner with a complimentary brownie topped with ice cream & fresh fruits :) Nice selection of cocktails. I got the watermelon margarita & my boyfriend got the matcha mezcal. Both refreshing. Also got the passionfruit fire shots ($20/each), decent but you're really paying for theatrics. Ambiance - dim lighting & loud music. Service - friendly & quick. Parking - Aria Hotel.
